Shield Seriex Wooltex Jacket
Very happy with my purchase. I have not put it to the test yet but judging from the construction of the jacket, I have no doubt it will perform as advertised. I originally ordered the Large size to allow for layering however it was way too big, so I returned the Large and ordered the Medium size and it fit perfectly

I just received a Wooltex suit as a gift and let me be one to say this I’ve owned several suits from both blocker and Scentlok and the blocker suits have never failed me as far as staying warm. I will continue to purchase from both companies because they are the best products out hands down.

Extremely Comfortable
This jacket feels like pajamas. seriously warm and comfortable With proper base layer its easy to sit all day and be comfortable. Sleeves have elastic to help keep air out,2 Front Deep pockets, A single chest pocket. thats big enough to hold a range finder or small set of binos.

Listen I really recommend it. From early age I've been hunting this is been the company I have heard of. It keeps me warm and dry and mint season and late season using the proper base layer. I as a hunter of North Florida and Mississippi and Kentucky this is what I use

Great Product!
I am very happy with the Wooltex Series jacket! I bought a size up (L) for the thought of layering and jacket breaths/fits nice when doing such. I will warn! This jacket is WARM! Keeps the wind from cutting into me also.
I will hope that SB does not stop production.

Great jacket!
I plan to use this for rut in Indiana. Its thin yet heavy and keeps you warm. My only complaint is that it does fit a little smaller that other large jackets from Blocker. Wish I would've not thrown away the tags so I could get an XL. Still a great product though!

Shield Series Wooltex jacket
Shield Series Wooltex Large Jacket in Strata: Very nice jacket and well worth the great price, however Large runs big so I sent the Large back and ordered a Medium and the fit is perfect. Will be great for mid and late archery season (2022) in S. Central PA.

My go to for mid to late season hunting.
This parka is my go to for mid to late season. It's super comfortable, warm and very quiet. It is thicker than it appears in the pictures. I got the large pants and the XL Parka fits perfect and has a little room to layer under.

Awesome jacket!
Very nice jacket, that provides pleanty of insulation for warmth but isn't bulky like others. It also is very quite while making my way to the stand. Love the inner lining and all the pockets.

Wooltex Jacket review
Soft, comfortable and quiet. It seems to block wind to a degree. The pockets are perfect size and keep your hands warm. Overall it's a decent jacket at a good price. Happy with it so far.

Nice, but heavy.
It is really heavy for no more insulation than it has. I would not consider it packable due to the weight. I do like the windblocker & enjoy wearing it on the boat when the wind blows.

Worth the buy
Great jacket, got it just in time for the great April 20th snow storm. This jacket is heavy but isn't bulky like most cold weather jackets. Liked it so much I purchased my boys theirs.
