Returns Portal - Canadian Customers

For our Canadian customers, please fill out the form below and we'll get back to you shortly about your return request. The original sales receipt must be produced for any warranty service and a Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from customer service at [email protected] prior to returning the product. Upon RA approval, we will provide you with our return shipping address and your RA number. We ask that you request tracking information for your return package, and hold onto your tracking number until your refund is received.
