Having a zipper fly and a tie waist, to stop the base layer from sliding down creating cold drafts, is instrumental in cold weather hunting. I liked the pant so well that I bought the top. I used this system under my snow clothes while out snow blowing the drive. Living in Buffalo, NY has me running my snow blower multiple times a day in gusting winds, never cold after hours in the harsh weather. You will love it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Pooj from The drawstring has to go! While the top is excellent the bottoms leave something to be desired. The fit for me is way to big in the waist and too tight in the legs. The drawstring creates and uncomfortable bunching up of material that will not stay up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from I like 'em. Insulated and warm where they need to be. Yeah, they are a little bulky up around the hips but, "they're insulated"! Fit well. Large for me with a 35" waste and 34" inseam.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from Decent, but poor execution overall There’s no pockets, which is stupid on hunting pants (or any pants) and they don’t stay up well with just the string tie. Other than that, very well made and seem warm, but I feel like a basketball player walking in the woods with my pants sagging all day. It’s especially frustrating because I wear them as a base layer and want/need them to stay put.

I use this as my base top and bottom with the wool tec as my mid and whitetail pursuit as my top on temps from 15 degrees to minus 20 degrees real temps. Have wore with 38 below wind chill for 6 hours in the stand

And alone in my stalking hunt chassing goats, andred stags! Very comfortable and quiter as a bowhunter need! Fit a little bit small , expecially in the legs! I would order one siz above my normal size!
