The Underguard Base top delivers a one-two punch that provides whitetail hunters elite scent control and comfort. This system features an improved fabric with a smooth polyester outer backed with a warm micro fleece lining for a bit of added warmth. Lastly, we bonded our Cold Fusion Carbon™ technology between these layers to adsorb orders right at the core, helping you beat the nose of whitetails.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Coloradobowhunter from Excellent base layer Excellent base later for mid to late season. In mid season use alone with mid season top. Such as the adrenaline, or silentec suit. In late season add the thermal as second base layer with the whitetail pursuit jacket and pants. Good to subzero temps. On cold windy days add the wooltec vest, or jacket as third layer on top under the whitetail pursuit. With this combo you can sit in a tree stand for hours in minus 10 to 20 degree weather.

It kept me warm Jan/Feb with temps in the teens. The shirt alone also is quiet comfortable and warm and I've been wearing it recently turkey hunting!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Rebecca from Better Than Competitors Fits as a medium. Keeps you warm until the wind hits. Temperature was 28 degrees and the wind was 10-15 mph. In my opinion, this is better than Under Armour, but it’s not as flexible. It’s great until windy, so I’ll be pairing this with a windproof jacket in the future.
