The Whitetail Pursuit Insulated Parka is designed to combat the punishing elements, keeping you in the hunt longer. DWR treated to repel light rain, sleet, and snow, helping you stay dry no matter what the late season holds. The Whitetail Pursuit has thermal mapped Thinsulate™ insulation positioned for maximum warmth and a poly/wool blend shell with microfleece body lining for added performance. A built-in safety harness port allows you to wear your harness closer to your body and lock in any scent it may have picked up along the way. Tapered sleeves with articulated elbows maintain the mobility and clearance needed to make that crucial shot. Cold Fusion Carbon™ technology possesses the power of activated carbon for premium adsorptive capacity to deliver superior scent control performance. Rated 5 out of 5 by DroppinBucks from Great warm jacket First time I wore this jacket was with heavy weight base layer and no other layers with temps in the 20's and stayed plenty warm. Second time wearing the temps were in the low 30's with 20mph wind gusts and wasn't sure how jacket would be as it is not windproof but it did surprisingly well. That day I wore mid weight base layer and mid weight hoodie under as I was not sure how the wind would affect me. I did not feel any wind come through and stayed plenty warm. I am 6'0" tall and 190 pounds and went with size Large which is perfect so I can wear it with layers if need be but still fits extremely well with minimal layers. I would definitely recommend this jacket.

This fits great, has a very large array of pockets, alpst to many pockets if that's a thing, and is the warmest coat I've ever had for hunting. I've stayed warm in the coldest hunts of the year including real feel temps of -20 to -30. I wore the arctic base layer from Blocker and a cotton long sleeve shirt along with this jacket and stayed warm. I couldn't recommend a piece any more than this jacket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bones816 from So Far So Good I just received my Whitetail Pursuit Parka. I'm 6'2" and 215 with a bit of a "beer gut" and the XL parka fits well. I like the tapered sleeves. First impression is that it will be very quiet and should be warm enough for November deer hunts with temps above zero. I wish it had a safety harness slit in the back. 4 stars for performance because I haven't worn it hunting yet but I have high expectations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JMGJR from Warm coat with many useful pockets. I bought this coat for the warmth and it delivered. Wore it several times during the season when temps dropped. It is very warm and the bonus I found was all the pockets. I do not find any gloves very warm so I use hard warmers with thinner gloves. This coat has side pockets that make it very easy to put your hands in with warmers and then pull them out quickly when you need to take a shot. Very happy I bought this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Ny bow hunter from Good parka bad zipper on sleeves I really like this coat. It's very comfortable and warm for the weight. I am comfortable down to 30 without any other layers besides a base layer. I really like the idea of the zippers on the sleeves but really wish they had use a better quality zipper. I have the matching bibs and they used these same zippers for the legs. The main zipper on the coat is much better. I am concerned about the long-term on this though. I got this coat on sale and am very happy with it bit for the normal price I wouldn't have bought it.

I’ve hunted in an Outfitter jacket for years and I like this as much if not more. This jacket is incredibly quiet and warm. Has a lot of pockets and the harness access port allows me to use the hood.

Is the hood removable? How much does parka weigh?
