The pants seem like they will be warm those frosty mornings & windproof. They are kind of roomy which will be nice over the fleece underlayer or even a thinner underlayer. I got these paired with the coat, I will update review for both when I have worn these for hunting, but they seem like they will perform great!

Very versatile for cool to cold weather depending on layering. If you like to hunt with at least one layer of carbon you can use the under guard base , or thermal hybrid.
